Wind the Bobbin

A bobbin is a small spool of thread that sits beneath the needle in a sewing machine. The needle thread and the bobbin thread lock together to create the sewing machine stitch. Bobbins must be wound correctly to keep the correct tension on the thread, which makes a smooth stitch. Most sewing machines come with an attached bobbin winder and steps to engage the bobbin winder nowadays. We do not have to wind bobbins by hand or buy expensive manufacturer-wound bobbins.

Things we’ll need:

1)     Sewing Machine

2)     Thread

3)     Bobbin

4)     A pair of scissors
